The Technology Consultant will define the technology needs of your company through conversations with your team and observing how you work. The Technology Consultant will be able to recommend solutions to improve your company technology use to improve your processes.
Once you give us the green light, we will begin working towards an implementation date. Depending on the nature of the solution, this may be something that happens seamlessly behind the scenes, or a time scheduled after-hours and coordinated to not interrupt your business.
Whenever possible, our goal is to be able to operate the old and new in parallel to allow for a smooth transition. We will provide you with the necessary before-hand preparation, day-of assistance, and follow-up training to make sure the transition is a success.
