Happy Holidays All,
In the spirit of the season we're proud to announce our 2010 Winter Release. This is one of the biggest updates yet, and it represents several months of hardwork by our leadership and development team. Consider it our way of saying thanks for being part of the RiskKey community.
RiskKey has always been about simplicity and collaboration. However, sometimes the individual can get lost in the collective efforts of the group. To help, we've made several key changes to help manage your risk both at a group level and on a more personal level. Our two biggest include the following:
The Enterprise Dashboard
The Enterprise Dashboard is your key to understanding the overall risk profile of your organization. From this screen you can monitor trends, drill down into individual projects, examine how a single project or groups of projects are impacting your overall risk, and weigh these projects and groups against your organization's appetite for risk (as determined by your risk budget).
and...
The Personal Dashboard
Think of this as your compliance/audit inbox. From this screen you can see if any deadlines are coming due or have been missed. You can also see the latest activity among all of your active projects, or jump into a specific project.
This release also includes many bug fixes as well as a host of requested features such as:
- Scheduling: This feature allows you to schedule how frequently your risk areas are looked at.
- Category Assignments: Allows you to assign responsibility for each category.
- Multiple recommendations per assessment or objective
- Task Filtering: This gives you the ability to filter by the type of task whether it's related to a document, assessment, objective, or recommendation.
- Recommendation Approval and/or Rejection: Allows for one button approval or rejection of a recommendation response.
- Improved Header Bar: With the new header bar, you are one click away from each of your critical tasks.
- Unified Recommendation and Resolution Tab: Now the recommendation and resolution two-step is easier to navigate through a single tab.
- RDEX Scoring and Budgeting: Think of it as your average risk for either a single project or group of projects. The RDEX budget is basically deciding how much risk you are willing to tolerate. Consider it your risk appetite.
