Our new tagline at IT Voice is "We are experts in cybersecurity and compliance, so you don’t have to be". We want to start taking some time to highlight a key part of that, our experts. To do this, we are announcing our "Practitioner Highlight" program. First to be honored is our subject matter expert Gerardo Guerrero.

Whatever you call Gerardo, he is one of our most important subject matter experts at IT Voice. He is great at managing our network and systems, and even better at identifying risks within our clients' environments. He has the ability to professionally document control gaps, and also suggest enhancements that are not required.
