Your system can fail from many different causes. You could have a network failure, have a bad line of code, or even a failing motherboard. To help you understand what is going wrong with your system, we wanted to share the five most common issues we’ve seen with our clients.
  1. Memory Leaks: This occurs when your phone basically doesn’t work. Your phone rings, but you can’t hear anything. You try to call your coworker, but it doesn’t dial.

  2. Board Failure: Signs of this type of failure is when you lose multiple phones all at once.

  3. Trunk Failure: Outbound and inbound calls don’t go through.

  4. Hard drive failure: This could be the result of an old machine. Your actual phone stops working and won’t turn on.

  5. Network failure: If it’s a network failure, your phone is fine, but without a network, you can’t do business.

Most people don’t think of their phones being connected to a network. Most of your electronic devices require software updates, so you can maintain the same hardware. With advancements in technology, this modern-day requirement can create issues with your physical phone system and cause you to get new parts or even a new system.
