Required Knowledge:

-Desktop Support remote/onsite for deployment and troubleshooting

-Understanding of network for troubleshooting

-Microsoft Products such as O365, AD, Office Products, etc.

-Strong understanding of OSI Model

-Able to physically deploy switches, firewalls, wireless, servers, and desktops

Many of our customers are small businesses, so you need to be able to use best business practices without breaking the bank. We are also a Team – so if it would bother you to take out the trash one day, it’s probably best you don’t apply.

Things we’d like you to have:

-Over 3 years of Technical experience

-Certs such as CompTIA A+ and Network+ are great but not required

-Good communication skills (willing to give and receive constructive feedback)

You would need to know about things like (certs are great, but not required):

-Phone support as initial point of contact and troubleshooting for our clients

-Desktop Support to include troubleshooting errors, virus scans, email set ups, new user set ups, and standard PC troubleshooting.

-Microsoft product knowledge such as O365, AD, Office Products, etc.

-VoIP knowledge and support.

- Some networking knowledge and support.

-Customer service and professional demeanor that can be relayed over email and phone.

-Willing to train an individual that is eager to learn and grow with the organization and Central Help Desk Team.

Things we’d like you to have:

-1-2 years of technical experience

- VoIP experience a plus

-Willingness to work in different verticals on different networks in a single day (we deal with a lot of different folks and want to keep IT from breaking their business

-Good communication skills

This is a local onsite position with some remote work.

Compensation will be competitive determined by experience.
