Required Knowledge:
-Desktop Support remote/onsite for deployment and troubleshooting
-Understanding of network for troubleshooting
-Microsoft Products such as O365, AD, Office Products, etc.
-Strong understanding of OSI Model
-Able to physically deploy switches, firewalls, wireless, servers, and desktops
Many of our customers are small businesses, so you need to be able to use best business practices without breaking the bank. We are also a Team – so if it would bother you to take out the trash one day, it’s probably best you don’t apply.
Things we’d like you to have:
-Over 3 years of Technical experience
-Certs such as CompTIA A+ and Network+ are great but not required
-Good communication skills (willing to give and receive constructive feedback)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
